どうやら僕は Jim O'Rourke が好きだったらしい。
好きだったらしい、というのは実はこれまでも、

• Eureka を聴いて以来、Jim Jim O'Rourke 名義の CD は好きだった。
• Yamaha のデモサイトなんかで Tenori-on のデモ演奏している人が好きだった
• Sonic Youth のギターは好きだった

のだけど、今朝、これ、全部同じ人じゃん! ってことに気付いたのでした。

ちょっと調べてみると、親日家で、現在は日本に住んでるとか。
それで、CD 色々聴いてみようと思ってみて調べたら超多作。
どうやら John Frusciante を始め、多作な人が私は好きなようであります。

このジャケットは一度見たら忘れない。。。

I noticed that my favorite artist have been "Jim O'Rourke".
Although I know the man for a long time, today is the first time for me to notice the man below is the same person!

• I like the man called "Jim O'Rourke" since my first listening "Eureka".
• I've sometimes watched the video on YAMAHA site and I like the man who plays "Tenori-on".
• I like the guitarist on Sonic Youth.

I researched him a little.
He is known as a Japanophile and he now he lives in Tokyo.
I started researching his works and I was surprised how many records he released!
Considering I like the musicians they create many records, like John Frusciante, it's reasonable for me that I like him.

I love the funny cover of the CD "Eureka".
